West Branch sponsors a 9-week contest among local church youth groups in Arizona. The friendly competition among sister churches encourages teens to stay active at in their youth groups throughout the summer.

Arizona Youth Challenge Details

Date: July 1-September 1

Open To: Fundamental local churches in Arizona with youth groups of any size (contest graded on percentage to keep fair for any size group)

• See brochure for registration information. Deadline to enter is June 15. Cost is $40 ($32 for Trailblazers).

Challenge Involves:

1. Attending church/youth group services, activities, and outreaches
2. Bringing visitors (6+y.o.) to church functions
3. Memorizing Scripture
4. Distributing gospel tracts
5. Reading the Bible

Grand Prize and other prizes awarded

Grand Prize and prizes for Runners-up awarded at the Arizona Regional Youth Conference, September 8.

Versatility: Churches may use The Challenge as the basis for a youth program or simply to motivate their young people in the program they already have. Churches may also choose to award additional prizes to individuals within their own groups. This is our effort to encourage the work you are already doing in your church. We also provide color fliers for you to promote The Challenge within your youth group.
