Evangelist Allen Snare has served in ministry work to the Deaf for over 35 years. He has been a deaf pastor, evangelist, and missionary.

He has traveled in the United States extensively and also around the world.  His heart for deaf young people is evident in both his challenging teaching and life example.  Deaf young people are encouraged, challenged, and changed through the Bible messages of Allen Snare.
