Nathan McConnell

Nathan McConnell first became burdened for deaf young people and learned sign language here at the Bill Rice Ranch.

He has been working with the Deaf at the Ranch since 2003. In 2005, Nathan became the full-time Deaf Ministries Director, a position which entails overseeing the deaf camps each week and coordinating the Sign Language School and the Deaf Adult Conference each summer. Throughout the rest of the year, he holds sign language schools in local churches across the country, helping them establish deaf ministries. He also coordinates deaf rallies in different parts of the country for the purpose of seeing souls saved and promoting the deaf camps at the Ranch. He and his wife Rebekah have two young sons, Warren and Walter.
