Nathan Reeves, Administrator Nathan Reeves earned his bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Pensacola Christian College in Pensacola, FL, in 2002 and has been administrator since graduating. Mr. Reeves is also the Junior Week Director for the Ranch’s summer camps and is actively involved in the Ranch’s fall/spring retreats. He and his wife Jennifer have three children, Adam, Andrew, and Austin. |

Bethany Stover, Grades K5-1 Bethany Stover earned her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Pensacola Christian College in 1997. She has taught K5-1st grades since 1998. While in college, Miss Stover worked as a summer staff counselor at the Ranch; and now she also helps in several areas during our retreats. |

Rachel Feaster, Grades 2-3 Rachel Feaster earned her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Pensacola Christian College in 2004. Miss Feaster has taught 2nd-3rd grades since 2006. She also has several responsibilities during summer camp and retreats. |

Venita Young, Grades 4-6 Venita Young earned her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Pensacola Christian College in 2003. Miss Young came to Bill Rice Christian Academy in 2003, where she taught 2nd-5th grades for three years. Since 2006, Miss Young has taught 4th-6th grades. Miss Young also helps in various areas of summer camp and retreats. |

Jennifer Cowart, Music Jennifer Cowart earned her bachelor’s degree in Music in 1995 and her master’s degree in Counseling in 1997 from Bob Jones University in Greenville, SC. Since 2000, she has taught music and private piano lessons as well as coordinated our Christmas Program. Mrs. Cowart and her husband Don have two children, Charlie and Breanna. |

Renee Black, Assistant Teacher Renee Black earned her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Pensacola Christian College in 2003. Mrs. Black and her husband Joe have been at the Ranch since 2008 and have a daughter named Joella. |

Nathan McConnell, Sign Language Nathan McConnell earned his bachelor’s degree in Bible from Pensacola Christian College in 2004 and his master’s degree in Bible Exposition in 2005 from Pensacola Theological Seminary. Mr. McConnell has been the head of the Ranch’s Deaf Department since 2005 and travels in evangelism throughout the year. He and his wife Rebecca have a son named Warren. |

Susanna Flanders, Sign Language Susanna Flanders earned her bachelor’s degree in English Education in 1998 and her master’s degree in Counseling in 2000 from Bob Jones University. Miss Flanders has been at the Ranch since 2006 and now serves as the registrar throughout the year. |
